How you doing Shades? Long time to see.
I'm moving out to Eagle Mountain.
A mate of mine just bought a house (5 bed, 3 bath) and asked if we'd be interested.
The fact that I'll be paying about half of what I currently do is what sold me on it. :P

Who wants it?
So, long time no see. I've been lurking about quite a bit lately... How's everyone doing? Any way, the reason I'm breaking my long silence now is because I'm moving and I need to clear out some stuff. Particularly all of the random and assorted books on Mormonism that I never use any more and haven'...

Re: doesn't smile and look me in the eye
My ex wife suffers from the same thing, although not quite as severe as what yours sounds like. She is 85% deaf in one ear and 30% in the other. Often times she comes across as stuck up or snobbish because she ignores people or doesn't participate in conversations. But it is simply that she cannot ...

Re: Help from network guys and gals
Plus, he feels like her 62k salary is exorbitantly high for her qualifications. Is it? I'm salaried at 38k, with no formal schooling in networking/internet, but 8 years applied experience. . . as a Tier 1 support agent. That's in Utah, (which is notoriously underpaid for IT jobs). 62k for a Network...

Re: Help from network guys and gals
I don't even know enough about MCSE to speak intelligently. I think she could probably pass a single exam, get a piece of paper that says "certified" and he'd be thrilled. She does a great job with our networks. This stupid piece of paper is all he wants. Then hand her a piece of paper wi...

http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l219/cksalmon/EditedByScottie.png Scottie, what's up with the obnoxious "Edited by Scottie" stamp? It's quite off-putting. Very unattractive, in my opinion. Obtrusive. I think the red type is sufficient. KA I know my opinion doesn't really carry any weigh...

Re: What is the 'Traditional Definition' of Marriage?
Ah, yes. Traditional marriage. When your Fief Lord decides, for purposes of increasing his work force, that you - a pig farmer on his estate - will marry one of the slop women who cleans out the castle cess pit. It doesn't matter which one. So, he bribes the Arch-Bishop to bind you in marriage and ...

Re: McCain's speach
And I noticed they played the theme music from the movie Crimson Tide after the end of the speech. Great movie, one of my favorites. Okay, I have to be a movie geek about the candidates' choices of music as they finished their speeches. McCain chose "Crimson Tide", the story of a wily old...

Re: I Believe Obama Has Done It
Yep. I'd say he's done it. Since I did vote, I can say without hypocrisy and with every right to complain or join the revolution, that Obama is not my President. Actually, since you did vote, you don't get to say without hypocrisy that he's not your president. You partook of your rights and your te...
