"Heaven" and "the Celestial Kingdom" are not coterminous in Mormon thought. LDS.org entry for Heaven : "...it refers to the place where God lives, which is the ultimate home of the faithful..." Seems to me it is the Celestial Kingdom that is being described here, mak.
