Re: I Chuckle Every Time Exmormon Prophet RFM, Bill Reel and The Backyard Professor Beg For My Money!
One of my favorite restaurants in Kansas City is called Thelma's Kitchen . In addition to serving healthy, locally grown, seasonal food, it has another thing going for it. It is totally free. If you are hungry in Kansas City, you always have a place to go eat. While many people who are going through...

Re: How the LDS Church made $22B during the pandemic
Incredible how it is still referred to as a 'church'. Don't be cynical. The purpose of the money is to serve as a "rainy day fund." If something really bad happens like, say, a global pandemic, the money is there to allow the church to help out its members and their neighbors when they need i...

Re: Clinton campaign spied on Pres. Trump
But Ajax says it wasn’t reported on. See? It’s right there in print because he hit enter. Refute that , libcuck demonrat. - Doc Exactly. For example, the New York Times didn't report on the allegation that Hillary Campaign spied on Trump. Rather, they reported on what actually happened. They said: ...

Re: How Do Mopologists Explain the Holocaust?
I wondered that, too. If anything, the notion of "life being finite" renders the Holocaust in a far more horrific light than the Mopologists' beliefs, which tend to trivialize things like this. You and Billy Shears both make some great points. The irony of ironies is DCP's adoration for free-market...

Re: The Housing Market is Insane
Could you lower your interest rate if you refinanced with a 15-year fixed? That would be a higher monthly commitment, but you'd pay less interest and get the house paid off about when you hit retirement age, right?

On Bill Reel Disabusing Me of a Richard Carrier Claim
Richard Carrier said the following: There are serious methodological flaws in the defenses made of the existence and contents of Q, and it looks far more likely to me that what we call ‘Q’ was nothing more than additions made to Mark by Matthew, which were then redacted into Luke. I see no merit in ...

Re: Where did the Mormon God have sex with Mary?
Does anybody think of the Newlywed game when they read the title of this thread?
According to legend, host Bob Eubanks asked a contestant, "Where is the craziest place you've ever made 'woopie'?"
The contestant answered, "That'd be up the butt, Bob."

Re: Chris Heimerdinger responds to critics
I'm still in the hospital, but it appears that for now I have beaten the China Virus. This is a misleading post, but that's hardly unexpected these days. As to the first couple sentences . . . I think, yes, it would be accurate to say I think masks are silly, but I am NOT anti-vaccine. Here's the p...

Re: Mormons are moral relativists
You do realize that Peterson can refute you. No really, he can! He knows he can and he thinks you know he can, so if he decides to he can refute you, and therefore your argument is flawed. Because if Peterson can refute you, then you are wrong. Whether he decides to or not is irrelevant to him. He ...

Re: Peterson cherry picks divorce/religiosity report.
Yes, Dr. Peterson's hate-fueled grudge against Christopher Hitchens is still in full effect, I see. But he also does this from a place of deep insecurity. He knows that, on its face, Mormonism just isn't very appealing, so he has to fall back on highly generalized studies like this in order to just...
