Thanks! I just woke up to a massage table in one of our spare rooms that my wife and kids bought me. I'm like, Ok so where's the masseuse? My wife said she had a very nice woman coming later tomorrow. She was sure to get me someone old enough to be my Mom. LOL
Sounds like a good plan. Enjoy!

I tend to agree with your OP, Dr. Lod. At the same time, I find myself wishing the GAs would seek and find unity within the body of Christ.

Re: How many GA's are Veterans?

Elder Ucthdorf is a Veteran of the German Air Force, with cadet training and earning his wings in Big Springs, Texas, and training as a fighter pilot in AZ.
Probably the GA whose background I most respect.

Re: The return to Church - more health roulette

Maybe one of you apostates can go to sacrament meeting to see how the sacrament is passed, etc., and report back to us. How about YOU go and see if you're lucky enough not to catch Corona while doing it? PS. I'm proud to be an apostate. It's honorable and noble. You know I’m just kidding, ri...

Re: Excerpts on prayer from the book The Liberation of the Worldwide Church of God

“Dutiful prayer was a chore, something I had to do to be right with God. The focus tended to be ..... [I’ve removed a portion of the quote] on my need to do right things that pleased God in order that I might measure up to his standards so that he would respond to my requests.” My point is that I co...

Excerpts on prayer from the book The Liberation of the Worldwide Church of God

I’ve been reading the book The Liberation of The Worldwide Church of God by J. Michael Feazell. As I have read, I’ve observed similarities in the crisis of faith of adherents and former adherents to the WCG teachings as compared to those of TCoJCLDS, which I anticipated. I’ve also pondered how doct...
