Re: Please, I beg you, don't go to the Temple of Death
...The unauthorized changes show that Church leaders no longer regard Smith's authority in restoring and setting the ordinances in place. Taking the penalties out of the endowment is like taking the confirmation out of baptism. The oath without the penalty is like water without Spirit -- it's half ...

Type in “chugging ale” (with the quote marks) into your search bar. It seems as though chugging ale is not out of fashion or so unusual. Maybe you need to get out more and not drink alone?

Re: Please, I beg you, don't go to the Temple of Death
Mormon-speak is a wonderful thing...perfected over a 200 year history of leaders obfuscation and flat out lying. My brother told me in his ward they are going back to church for an hour and the elderly "are invited not to participate." Invited not to participate? isn't that just Mormon-speak for fo...

Re: Please, I beg you, don't go to the Temple of Death
With that said, I'm pretty confident there will be some MAJOR changes to the endowment ceremony as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. I'm willing to entertain the idea that hand touching between patrons during the ceremony will be completely eliminated! Does anyone else share this view? Regardless,...

MG: Keep chugging your ale Shirts. Gawd did the church teach you nothing of value ya dope? One does not chug Ale... one sips its cool refreshment of its ice cold goodness on a blistering hot day.... your Mormon bias once again misleads you, whether in science, books, or drinks... My thought exactly...

As entertainment by as this I believe this is a great example of Poe’s Law: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe%27s_law Poe's law is an adage of Internet culture stating that, without a clear indicator of the author's intent, it is impossible to create a parody of extreme views so obviously exagger...

Re: A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of A Chapel Mormon Apologist.
If this is true, if this is what the Mormon God is all about, I don't want anything to do with it. This is disgusting. Why Negroes didn't get the Priesthood I was asked to explain this situation in my questions site (the link being at the top of the page). And having done so, I felt it important eno...
