How do LDS handle the description as Jesus as the Father's ONLY begotten son in light of the idea that we are all literally the progeny of God?

It's easy. They are able to tell exactly which dollars in those accounts are "tithing" and which are "investment interest" because they hand mark them before they go into the account. They only withdraw the ones that are marked as "investment interest". It takes a lot of work, but it's worth it.
