Re: Election Litigation Scorecard

The GOP asked the U.S. Supreme Court today to order PA to segregate the mail in ballots that arrived after Tuesday from the rest of the mail in ballots and to wait to count them until after the legal issue has been resolved. This is borderline frivolous. The PA Supreme Court already ordered the late...

Re: Thursday Election Updates

Sub, I have no control over the fact that your intellectual curiosity is a mile wide and a fraction of an inch deep. You learned enough to try and impress by typing the name of the PA Secretary of State but not enough to know even how many lawsuits have been filed naming her as a defendant. Most of ...

Re: Biden Takes Georgia; Violence on Horizon

Biden is currently ahead in Georgia, but there are about 25K of various flavors of ballot left to count. I'm also seeing some dialing back of the rhetoric, so, while there may be a few instances of violence, I'm not expecting anything widespread. Law enforcement seems to be keeping things in check....

Bannon “... said he would go further: "I'd put the heads on pikes. Right. I'd put them at the two corners of the White House as a warning to federal bureaucrats. You either get with the program or you are gone."” He’s talking about Fauci and Wray. - Doc I think the words "The self-described Leninis...

Don’t worry, RI. It’s not like he read it, anyway. ——o O o—— gon’ ——o O o——.

I won't. I seem to recall that he stops reading after a sentence or two.

Re: The Best Site For The Latest Stories On The Election

Liberals, meanwhile, fired back. Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), co-chairman of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, argued that Democrats shouldn’t single out people and ideas that energize the party base. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), a self-described democratic socialist, grew angry, accusing h...
