If the instructions they are referring to are D&C 132, the instructions are pretty clear. Once again, the fault must be with God, not Joseph Smith. Joseph Smith is incapable of making mistakes. I find it funny that the LDS Church is willing to throw God under the bus in order to protect Joseph'...
