Re: Did the Church "Bail Out" Interpreter with Tithing Money?
Luckily, I received a pair of links recently from an "informant" which help to shed some light on the situation: namely, Interpreter's 2021 and 2022 tax documents. These documents show, very curiously, that rather than burning a hole in Interpreter's budget, Witnesses managed to somehow turn a prof...

Did the Church "Bail Out" Interpreter with Tithing Money?
As readers here are no doubt aware, the Interpreter Foundation's debut movie project, Witnesses , was a box office flop: it failed to recoup its production budget during its theatrical run, which is the dictionary definition of a "box office bomb." We know, based on things that Dr. Peterson has said...

Happy Holidays, Friends & Colleagues! Yes, the happiest time of year is upon us once again, and hearts are aglow with joy for the season. Here at Cassius University, things are winding down nicely, and the Dean has already put up the glorious campus Christmas tree, resplendent with lights, ornaments...

Re: Wyatt opens up
This episode sounds like the way a geeky frat house would defend itself. It’s a pretty low road for a Church of Jesus Christ. You are quite right, Physics Guy. Years ago I had lunch with the legendary LDS historian D. Michael Quinn and we got to talking about the Mopologists and their behavior and ...

Re: St. Brigham at Sic et Non
I also heard rumors that Bill Hamblin became disillusioned with the Church, and DCP even insinuated that Hamblin was “shacking up” with a new love interest when he died.

Re: St. Brigham at Sic et Non
Look at the reaction Benjamin Park got for his book on Nauvoo. He gets some third-rate excuse for a review, which is essentially TBM bellyaching about how he betrayed the Prophet, instead of sincere appreciation for his scholarship I don't know anything about this episode. In your view, was he doom...

Re: Wyatt opens up
Oof! You must have posted this while I was still writing, Reverend! Maybe the moderators can join our two threads together... Like you, I found Wyatt's account fascinating. The confession that he wanted revenge on the Tanners due to him blaming them for his father was especially striking.

Allen Wyatt Confesses His Mopologetic Deeds
Quite a salacious and fascinating new piece has appeared on the Mormon Interpreter blog, authored by Allen Wyatt . The piece deals with a book by Ronald V. Huggins entitled, Lighthouse: Jerald & Sandra Tanner, Despised and Beloved Critics of Mormonism . Wyatt opens the review with some praise, sayin...

Re: St. Brigham at Sic et Non
I do not know how any member of the Brigham branch of Mormonism would not be against the C of C who must be seen as misguided and mistaken. Well thy might be seen as ok folks and all but they must be seen as wrong. I would assume the Peterson agrees with that whether said or not. I cannot imagine a...
