Given the age of the Q15, I suspect that fudging the numbers presents little problem, given how often they must be fudging their undies.

Also, if you think it's ok to flirt with a co-worker and the he/she/they is in to you, don't fool yourself. More likely than not, that person is batsh*t crazy, and your ego won't tell you that you're not all that.

It certainly matters in a legal sense. If there is good chance that the person with power could threaten or advance the subordinate target’s career, or endanger their life, etc. then no, not necessarily. Perhaps American Law has some catching up to do, but the problem here is that greater the power...
