Re: GC Oct 2021

Yep, those words are accurate. Apparently you got something out of his words that I didn’t. He, without doubt was referring to increasingly materialistic society that we live in and the seeking of wealth to the exclusion of spirituality and/or faith in a higher power. What the hell? Explain to me h...

Re: GC Oct 2021

I would suggest you go back and listen to Elder Christofferson’s talk again. And again. You took his comment completely out of context and misinterpreted it. It could be, I don't know, I got it from the sltrib Contemporary society is “a replay of Book of Mormon history in which charismatic figures ...

Re: Climate Change

I agree that policies in general hurt and burden the poorer classes of people in the world. It is hard for me to take these arguments too seriously when in California, for example, the aquifer water is unmetered for golf courses, almonds and vineyards and fires are regularly started by a failing gr...

Just look at the science and give me a response. Did you know vegetables are becoming less nutritious? Check...

Re: Climate Change

Well damn. What else do you want? An eggplant? No, I want a conversation. Mike is claiming that more CO2 is good for plants, but the data shows "Increasing levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will render some major crops less nutritious". https://www.ehn.org/carbon-dioxide-makes-food-less-he...

Re: Climate Change

Also, lots of greenery to help absorb all the ""excess"" CO2 you guys keep...
