You are the epitome of an early innovator!! Every time you post your creations, I know I will see a version of them EVERYWHERE in this year's decor.
It bothers me that the pic of the Nutcrackers has that glare on it. They've got glitter on them that's holographic circles and it reflects light of course. in real life you can see the pattern just fine. Thank you for your kind comment!

A local artist shared with me that the craft stores and other retailers monitor the crafting communities. Then they manage to mass produce similar items made overseas to sell them at discounted prices than what any independent crafter could charge...like the very patrons of their craft stores. I wouldn't be at all surprised if you actually did see something like those enter the market. The bread loaves are typical country primitive creations that I've tried to take up a notch by tweaking the finishings on them so they aren't all "grunged" to heck and back again or look exactly the same.

Oh! And they have name tags (done in typical Papyrus font on muslin attached with tiny black safety pins which is also typical of country prim)...Wheatberry, Gingerbread, Toasted Pumpkin, Gingersnap and actually I forget what else!

Oatnut? Nutty Oatmeal? I don't think I even know my own name right now!

Nicky thank you so much! It's taken me so much longer than usual to get my pieces done this year due to the medical things and I had to abandon whole categories. I wish I could send you some Nutcrackers for the children! I gave family a chance to take what they wanted. Our grandkid snatched up Nutcrackers first thing! I'm so glad they all got to pick out things in advance of the Show.

I'm struggling with leaving the organization right now. I like making country style crafts. It suits me to a "T" and it's a very popular style for our visitors to the shows and it's a real source of pride to be a member but with all the medical I really would be better off creating for our home and family who might like something of what I make and just protect my own peace.

Whatever I have leftover I'm going to giveaway on Buy Nothing in the hopes it will lift up someone who might be having a hard time of it right now. It's amazing what people are in need of around here and so I thought why not give folks a little holiday cheer, right? I love that idea so much! 8-)

Can't wait to pull our house back together. What a mess!
