I hug family. The end. Hugging people I’m not related to feels decidedly uncomfortable. Doing the fellowship thing in the temple was the creepiest thing I’ve ever felt. I went home and showered, immediately. It’s awful. I can see why creepy men would gravitate towards serving in that role. There are men at Church that like giving people hugs as a greeting, it’s creepy and they should stop it.

Hugging takes you into a personal body space that should be reserved for people you absolutely know, like, and trust. Nobody else.
