Fortunately she didn’t do destructive surgery.
I think mutilation with the approval from adults of teens is flat out child abuse, and medical malpractice for those who perform the surgery. There will be lots of lawsuits in the future. Mark my words.

When people are 18 they are free to do what they want.
But until then, this is outragerous to allow children to be manipulated into unreversible surgery.
