I googled the name "Abner Cole", but was unable to determine how it is related to the thread, much less my post, unless, perhaps, you are suggesting that cksalmon would be a plagiarist for supplying pre-engraved plates.

I'm embarrassed to ask, but if I don't put my ignorance on display for correction I may live forever in my sins.

Unfortunately, I'm not really interesting enough to merit his near-constant attention, but he's not hurting anyone, I don't guess, and he must derive some sort of pleasure from it.
