The families of both the victim and the assailant spoke briefly at a press conference.
Two families speak publicly about woman gunned down in Lehi
Apparently it was her birthday as well on Sunday.
It appears that the two families are staying close and it doesn't appear that there is any animosity from the victims family.
It doesn't say, but I'm willing to bet that the 2 boys will be adopted by a family member on one side or the other. I don't think they will have to go through the foster home system.
