Not really. Sure some doctrine is esoteric, but given the Church's definition of doctrine you should have no problem understanding even most of the deepest doctrines.

Not really. Sure some doctrine is esoteric, but given the Church's definition of doctrine you should have no problem understanding even most of the deepest doctrines.
They most certainly do tailor their message to the audience. The whole "Hinckley and the couplet" snafu is a wonderful example.
