with personal irresponsibility, and hence, Dostoevsky's famous quip.
Which is what, Cog? Do I need to link the "Dostoevsky Didn't Say it" page for the twentieth time for an ignorant apologist?
Would you please link to the page for the ignorant critic (I'd like to see what is misattributed to him).

Here's the quip that Coggies was most likely referring to:
"If God does not exist, everything is permitted."
Thanks for the link Moniker.
I'll post my Foucault paper on this thread probably when I finish it (tonight hopefully *knock on wood*). It doesn't have to do with the OP issue, but it has to do with Foucault and the disciplines (specifically how people recognize the system of disciplines and can proactively work towards excelling in the disciplines).
Cheers all.

I finally got my full copy of Discipline and Punish! (Hey me!) (Also picked up a copy of The Birth of the Clinic).
Something weird about the mirror thread at MAD...not a single response. Either it wasn't an interesting topic or it hit closer to home than some conservative religious folks want to admit.
