What confuses me about this is that apparently Riada can, potentially, continue to post if s/he contacts whoever and agrees to whatever. I wouldn't think a privilege such as this would be extended to one who has previously been banned.

Good point. Maybe Riada is a sock-puppet for a known MADB poster.

What seemed interesting to me was just the amount of needling control the MADB mods employ. They seem to be in a very defensive mode, all the time. With anti-Mormons lurking behind every bush. Seems to be a paranoid atmosphere there.

a poster, with S-stone affiliations signs up as one name. has a few discussions, maybe only partly reveals her in real life but S. Gordon or others who know people who know people figure it out. there's some controversy, she quits posting.

she then comes back with a new name, same ip. they check their list, and..

Sounds entirely reasonable to me.

And when I see it, the opening chords of "A Mighty Fortress is Our God" go through my head. (Lots of cool words in that song, though, like bulwark and Sabaoth...)

Remember when Schmo changed his avatar? I hated that, too! He will always be Homer to me. Thank goodness he changed it back.

I do hope Chris changes his back soon.
