Well, Scratch, since you successfully managed to piss Daniel off on the other thread to the point that he refuses to post here anymore, I suppose you can claim a victory on this. It's a hollow victory, considering that we won't be able to hear his side of it, which is a shame.
He would never "give his side" in response to what I said. I would be stunned if he did. The truth of the matter is that he is so badly checkmated on this one that his only two remaining options are: 1) throw out a bunch of insults and ad homs (such as calling me a "malevolent obsessive loon," or whatever), or 2) to pack up his bags and leave, which is what he did. So, this really isn't a "hollow victory" at all. It is a very legitimate---arguably devastating---victory, and I'm proud of it. I bet that if you enthusiastically expressed agreement with what I just said, that DCP would be back.
