The church has a hard time getting the saints to pay titheing. Anyone who has taken the temple covenants and shirks their responsibilities in regards to titheing and callings etc.. are under condemnation.

A true Zion was attempted in a few communities, but these met with various degrees of success and failure.

Much like polygamy has been temporarily suspended, the fullness of Zion has also been temporarily set aside. We do have Zion, but not a fulness of it. Not until we repent and stop having our hearts so set upon the things of the world.

Saints should ponder this as they watch their 52" LCD blue ray stereophonic home theatres. Not that theres anything wrong with that.

May is Everest ascent season, so I'm all about the mountains right now. Apparently Aron Ralston is apparently training for an Everest attempt in 2010. Now that's the kind of One Mighty And Strong I can get behind. No arm of the flesh for him.

Sorry to be the one to break it to you but {cough,cough} ONLY ZION is worthy to enter the House of the Lord. Anyone else is blapheming just passing through the door. And the Church that sends them in there is sinning against the Gospel and mocking God to the face.

You and of course all Mormons are confused by the rather clever way LDS leadership has finessed Zion into the ethersphere of fables. Zion is not just the cultural rudiments of it hardware and economics. Zion is within you or it cannot ever be without between the people.

Suspend the gospel of Jesus Christ huh? What foolishness. What apostasy. What ignorance and sheer arrogance. What evil, for anything more or less than Zion comes of evil. So said Christ in so many words in 3 Nephi 11. LDS do not take the gospel seriously and that is why they have no Zion. The gospel is Zion it cannot be any other way.

See in your gut you know what to do. Forsake the world. But you give yourself a free pass to just dilly dally all the day long and into the long night of the spirit world.

Mormons should revolt and insist that they be given Zion seriously taught and learned and brought forth as commanded or every leader to say nay resigns. Does that make you shiver and cry for the excellence of Babylon?
