Beards are a gift of hawtness from God.

Speaking of hawtness, I Love This Man.

He shaves his beard with a knife. How virile and studly is that?? Grrrrrrrowl.

I'll bet many TBMs took this admonition literally:

Michael Ballam or Derryl Yeager wrote:I have a word to say concerning these people. If they do not walk up to every covenant they make at these altars in this temple this day, they will be in my power!

Well, in the case of Michael, I'm all for that!
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

I always wondered. Did Adam have eye brows before the fall? The purpose of our eye brows is to block the sweat from running into or eyes. But Adam didn't sweat until after the fall.

We want society to know by or dress and grooming that we hold ourselves to a higher standard.

I went to Fry's Electronics store today, all the salesman were wearing white shirts & ties, they look good.
I have a Polo shirt, nice slacks, Mark Nason Moccasins. Of course, I wouldn't be suitable working for them
as well as qualify to represent Mormon Church in official capacity. As it happens those guys make couple bucks
over minimum wage? And I probably make fifteen times over what they make.
I am an average American, how do you think LDS Church will impress me with those ridiculous looking white shirts & ties preaching the Gospel?
They don't get it... LDS Church lost touch with reality.

I am not sure, but that seems ironic to me.
