If you're browsing with FF, DownThemAll is an endlessly-useful extension.

With two or three mouse clicks, DownThemAll went to work queuing and downloading every .pdf linked on B23's page, saving them in a folder of my choosing, in the background, and without fussing at me.

Moments later, I downloaded, via DtA, a five-part .mp3 series exposing the abusive practices of the fundamentalist Baptist "reform" school for wayward girls, Hephzibah House.

It's one of the most useful FF extensions known to man, is what I'm sayin'.
