I'm just not sure there is a line where critics would say, "it's all good. The church doesn't need to give any more to charity."

This critic would say that the line is right at the percentage that makes the church a non-profit organization so that they actually deserve their tax-exempt status.

Not sure what that would be (since they hoard their cash secretly). Is it 80%? 90%? Don't know.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
