Hey Jon, I showed up here as someone referenced it elsewhere. I started reading here and there and poking around. I found a post by me that was made elsewhere posted here as posters here mocked me for my post. The attempt, as I see it, was taking my comments out of context and twisting them to say something I did not say. So I chimed in to disspell the complaints and say my piece, explaining myself. The mocking continued. I posted on other threads and topics and the mocking and deriding increased. That's when I started calling it out. The hostility was here before I ever posted. Consig's reasoning doesn't quite consider the whole picture.

If stemelbow wants to try and construct an argument of causality like this--i.e., "You started it!"--he's going to have to go back much further--clear back to ZLMB, I would guess. The "hostility" was manifested there on the part of TBMs like juliann, Confidential Informant, Pahoran, Scott Lloyd, and DCP. After this blew up in their faces, they fled to FAIR, where they continued with their "hostility." This board really came into its own after a number of people were banned by the "hostile" denizens of FAIR/MAD/MDD. So, really, if stemelbow wants to attack this problem at the source, he should return to the Mormon Dialogue board and do his best to curtail the hostility that occurs there on a daily basis.

Will he do this? No. He won't.

Pretty sure I ripped that quote off from someone. ;P

That's clearly not what I did. Nice try at more trickery on your part, Scratch.
