The stone roll's forth, or does it?

Post by _Drifting »

2 The keys of the kingdom of God are committed unto man on the earth, and from thence shall the gospel roll forth unto the ends of the earth, as the stone which is cut out of the mountain without hands shall roll forth, until it has filled the whole earth. (D&C 65:2)

What would be an appropriate measure of the Church's progress towards fulfilling this prophecy?
“We look to not only the spiritual but also the temporal, and we believe that a person who is impoverished temporally cannot blossom spiritually.”
Keith McMullin - Counsellor in Presiding Bishopric

"One, two, three...let's go shopping!"

According to everything I heard as a believing member, it referred to the number of countries in which missionaries served and/or in which branches were established.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

Yeah, the gospel is out there. And as long as people aren't run over by that boulder (or pebble, if you're bcspace), they can laugh at it as it rolls by...
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
