I rememeber during my transition out of the church, i would unconsciously be humming LDS hymns. It took a long time to rid myself of Mormonthink.

I solved that problem by making a pact with Satan. Cleared out all the hymns. :)

That the video in the link dealing with Church culture is interesting. For staid Mormons to go to conservative charismatic churches would be a much greater cultural shock than that of a mainstream to liberal Christian church. Even with hymns, Mormons could identify more with singing as a shared group experience than a glory hallelujah emotional catharsis.
