Can I get a hint? How do I use the search function to actually produce results?
It could be the main search function or the smaller one within one persons posting history. Thanks.

It's junk. It don't work. I don't give a rat's-ass what Shades says. The search feature on this board is junk -- totally useless. Don't even bother with it.

I've found Google to be more effective. Just type in a name and/or subject, followed by "Mormon Discussions".

Paul is wrong.
Type an asterisk at the end of the word you're searching for (with no space between them). For example, if you want to look for the word "Curelom," you'd type:
curelom*
Now go enjoy the search feature.
