How could such a marriage be sanctioned? When one sister has sex with her husband, the other is committing adultery.

If they were all sealed together, how would that be adultery? This is straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel. It is not meet that the Lord should command in all things. We already have the doctrine and principles available to allow either solution to work. Plus there's nothing preventing anyone associated with this situation including the local Bishop) from receiving the Lord's guidance. Such guidance is not going to be for you because you are not in the same situation nor will it justify a solution other than that already mandated by doctrine for non conjoined persons.

I think some compassionate LDS Church officiators would step out of their Sanhedrin role and do what they could in fulfilling the marriage desire of these twins.

I'm a little amazed that you (meaning you, BCspace as well as churchwide "you") can be so liberal with this question and so rigid re same sex marriage (among other things). It's hard for me to imagine that the church could ever manage to accommodate this situation, but of course I don't mind admitting that I could be wrong. Hopefully it will never be called for. (Either than I should have to admit that I'm wrong or that the church will be called upon to sanctify a marriage of co-joined twins.)

BUT!!!?? What if the co-joined twins are male? Plural sealings won't help hem, now, will it?
