I am about 95% certain that Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan are Not going to rule in favor of Proposition 8. However, if these five Justices do rule against Proposition 8 that will likely only make Same-sex Marriages legally recognize in California and not in the rest of the States that don't have Same-sex Marriages legally recognize.

Ho ho ho. I meant men in the sense where gender doesn't matter. If you look up man in the dictionary, definitions 2, 3, and 4 don't confine man to solely males.

It's certainly possible that those five will strike down Proposition 8. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

Sure, you can do that if you are talking in general terms about humankind as a species. But this was a reference to a small group of identifiable men and women.

I can guarantee you that my editors would never let me get away with using "men" as a plural noun to describe a specific group that includes both men and women, nor would I try. They might even start to wonder about my credentials, perhaps concluding that I received my degree from BYU. ;^)

You never said why it should be illegal for a group of three people to get married. Why shouldn't it be legal for a group of three to get married?

Children will experiment and such experimentation does have serious consequences. What persentage of Sodom, Gommorah, and the other cities of the plane were homosexual ---- everyone but Lot and his Family? How do such things begin? People get sucked in. People accept and then experiment, then practice...

Not to mention Tom Riddle experimenting with dark magic while he was at Hogwarts. Look at the serious consequences that came from that!
