Return of the palpitations as a result of going off the meds is not unexpected. Although it may be a bit discomforting, this does not necessarily indicate any deterioration in your husband's condition.

As I mentioned before, the ablation procedure you described is one of the most safe and effective in all of cardiac interventional radiology.

Expect to hear nothing but good news after the procedure.
