Alter Idem's application suggests also that after age 6, one's desires do not center around their genitals. Again, a misapplication of Freud's analytical structure.

er no. I'll try to get back to this later...

Hi Blixa! I wouldn't bother trying to explain it to him. You understood what I was alluding to with my original comment--but Sock will never acknowledge it--as far as he's concerned, I'm wrong.

I'll try to untangle this at some point, Alter Idem. Right now I'm enjoying Friday night.

I don't think its being stuck in any theoretical "phallic stage," its just being stuck at around 16.

Moving beyond the phallic stage is called death. We are sexual beings.

It might also be called "maturity."

The Mormon phallic symbol has been canonized in Facsimile#2 Figure #7. Joseph Smith describes God sitting on his throne with an erection.
"Any over-ritualized religion since the dawn of time can make its priests say yes, we know, it is rotten, and hard luck, but just do as we say, keep at the ritual, stick it out, give us your money and you'll end up with the angels in heaven for evermore."

That may be true, but neither Zeezrom nor anyone else on this thread claim to be aroused by the LDS hymnal. Zeezrom is merely trying to have a scholarly conversation about the images of Mormonism. Those who are stuck at "thirteen" are those like you, who are incapable of having a mature and scholarly conversation about sexual imagery, which has nothing to do with being aroused by the imagery under examination.

There are six Phalli here, and what they represent deep within the collective Mormon psyche is a fascinating and serious question.

Thank you, Gadianton!

1. It should be 15 (=1+2+12)

2. Do You, English speakers conjugate/decline ALL words as it was in original language? (phallus - phalli, forum - fora etc...) Then, please use the word coach (carriage) in plural as coachok or coachik (i as in fill)
because we, Hungarians do the same.
Kocs (pronounced "kotch") was the Hungarian post town in the 15th century onwards, which gave its name to a fast light vehicle, which later spread across Europe. Therefore the English word coach, the Spanish and Portuguese coche, the German Kutsche, and the Slovak and Czech koč all probably derive from the Hungarian word "kocsi", literally meaning "of Kocs".

You may open (or for Christ's sake, quote) the picture. There is a coach, no breasts, no genitals.

And the plural of tovarishch or tovarisch (Russian: Това́рищ; IPA: [tɐˈvarʲɪɕː]) is tovarishchi or tovarischi (i as in fill, again and always...)
But this is not so important, because we don't like russians/soviets. They forced to us their stupid principles. As Mormons do today...
