Started to take it, got to question 14 then realized it is a 60 question survey...so I quit.

I answered from a LDS perspective, a few of the first 14 were definately 10s and a few were definately 1s.

I answered from my perception of LDS culture, and got an 85%. In the beginning I had a lot of 5-8 scores, and even a couple of very low scores like 2 or 3. But then the questions started demanding more and more 8-10 scores.

What was uncanny is that if the source of the survey were obscured and it was presented to me and I had to decide who must have created it, I might have predicted it were an ex-Mormon who created it. It seemed that the second half, especially, simply must have been written by someone with extensive experience with the LDS church.

And yet it wasn't. It was written by someone with extensive experience with cults. Any resemblence to LDS culture is merely a reflection of how non-special the Mormon experience really is. I've tried for years to think of a better way to say this, but I have yet to find one: the Mormon church isn't really special. It's just the Mormony version of every other church out there, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

I can see that this survey missed out two vital questions, each of which should have contributed a score of minus 100:

1. Were you offended?

2. Do you look at porn a lot?
Zadok:
I did not have a faith crisis. I discovered that the Church was having a truth crisis.
Maksutov:
That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.

Well, one of the questions really was something like: does your church make it seem like if you were to leave them it must be because you sinned?

BULLSEYE! How could they have known?

(because the LDS church didn't invent that particular destructive meme, that's how)
