Well, if any pictures are not safe for work, I think we can say that photographically vivid large-scale paintings of the female perineal area in an erotic context fall into that category. The same I think would go for similar depictions of the genitals of the other sex.
by the way, that is a painting I would have no objection to owing and displaying myself, though probably not in the parts of my house that a causal visitor would enter. But I know other people might have severe problems with it.
