I saw that too. Smac keeps insisting that Honor is making it personal because Honor dares to question Smac's conclusions. It doesn't' really matter, because they'll ban him just because. The CFR is just plain stupid. He responded already. He has a point. Just read Calm, as quoted by Lemmie above. The one girl who had the backrub maybe didn't move away or not want it...so it's not assault. Yep...no penetration....just as Honor said.

There is such blatant hypocrisy going on that it is hard to watch. The three of them should be embarrassed, but it's just another day at work for them.
