At least Adam and Eve have their holy garments of animal skins on, hiding their naughty bits.

Where did they get them?

Did they eat the apple, figure that they were busted, and then go on an animal killing spree? No wonder that deer is giving them the stink eye.

Indeed. Apparently they went from vegetation (leaves) to then animal skins. Too bad Genesis doesn't go into detail about that transition. But, yes, the deer had reason to have become cautious now that mankind had started eyeing their hides for coverings of the human body.

See the second account of the creation of humans in Genesis 2 and 3. They eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil (which most people simply assume was an apple), realise they are naked, hide themselves, God goes for an evening walk in his garden, asks why they are hiding, they explain, he expels them from the garden for disobedience. They have tried to make clothes out of leaves, but before he expels them from the garden God makes them clothes from animal skins. Nice of him! And off they go.
