Just a note - she's NOT talking about me. I was witness to said event, not a participant.

Sorry, I should have made that clear! I wasn't a participant, either. Or a witness!

Such a fuss about a little wider-stanched, toe-tapping, under-the-stall wave hello. What's a republican to do to be friendly nowadays?

I'm not sure there was any evidence that he is buy sexual.
I think it would be morally right to lie about your religion to edit the article favorably.

So he was not offering the officer money for sex.

There have been rumors since 1981 when he was student body president at University of Idaho.

The Idaho Statesman have been on the case for years, that is why he made statements about them when this first surfaced.

No, I think it was a situation where the participants are volunteering for freebies.

If he was not offering money for sex...

then I really don't see anything other than a ridiculous double standard here. How many female officers do they station in parks offering free handjobs in the bushes? What is this other than institutionalized homophobia? Sure, catch a guy getting his knob polished in a public toilet and write him up, but until they aim similar efforts at public hetero-sex, I say it's discrimination.

I say make it fair, or knock it off. So many heterosexual public officials have been given a pass for their sexual peccadillos, yet here we have a guy who, because people (bigots) are especially repulsed by gay sex, is being savaged.

As for Romney, the guy is doing what his base expects of him. There is no way he could get away with sympathizing with Craig and keep the bigot vote.
