Due to the cognitive dissonance in coggys mind, he has a mental block of even recognizing that he was apologizing. Therefore, when he tried to type it his nervoous system met him halfway and misspelled apology, thus not really giving an apology.

Good heavens! How could Kuo Choi be more aggressive than King Seeser (but Seeser was locked up inside a mountain for thousands of years, which could, I imagine, make one rather grumpy)?
