He predicted there would be "natural disasters". This is a hit.

9/11? Nope.

People will call evil good and good evil. Hit.

Iraq war? Nope.

Wars and rumors of wars. Hit.

During his 2004 interview with larry king, the only example of a revelation he gave was to build the meganacle.

Since when do revelations from God have to be to predict the future?!? This is a hit!!

Apologists would tout the Bible as being FULL of prophecies that came true.

Of course, they were all written after the events happened, but who cares about stupid details like that...

I can't share any details of the one I mentioned, sorry. I promised the people involved that I wouldn't.

I'll try get in touch with a friend about another one. I need to get more details on that story though before I'd be willing to share.

There are the ones that haven't come true yet.

A few months ago you said something big was coming down the pipe. I've been anxiously awaiting to hear all about it.

Something to do with leprechauns.

This isn't a recent phenomenon. I'd say the drop-off in prophetic powers began in June of 1844 with a precipitous drop off, then a steady decline from Brigham Young on.

If any modern LDS believe modern Church leaders have the same class and degree of priesthood powers as leaders of old, it only shows how much less we are willing to settle for.

Yah, right. I have heard half-ass answers like this my whole life, never with a follow through. Secret stuff among people in the know does not make one God's spokesman.

John, how in the world did you get your signature line font soooo tiny? I had a great deal of difficulty highlighting it before I could copy and paste it so I could see what it said.

The answer is, by mistake. I fixed it. Sorry (it was due to an html interpretation error)

Oh! No apology necessary. I thought it was purposeful -- which was sort of cool. :)
