A mod with a sense of humor changed the title because they thought it was funny. It was April Fool's Day people. No malice or misrepresentation was intended. If NCMO had succeeded, I might have done the same thing and it wouldn't have been intended to denigrate Tarski or anyone else.

Hmmm, well, I don't think that's how an April fools day joke usually works. Trying to fool someone for a moment isn't quite the same as attempting to humiliate someone (not that it worked of course).
It's like covertly putting a sign on someones back that reads "I'm gay" or "Kick me! I'm stupid".

Basically, not all that humorous.

Tarski, this is one of the best laughs I've had all week, I havn't read the thread on mad, only this one. It's priceless.

In my honest opinion, they picked on you cause you are intelligent and everyone knows it. It won't harm your reputation in any way sense or form.

Much akin to a kid in my class who came dressed up as a girl on fancy dress day, and darn it, he got away with it, cause he was too much of a bloke for them to take the mickey out of him or make any wild and baseless accusations.

It's changed back and now "Nemisis" says the responsible party has been "sacked".

No moderator was sacked. Nobody knows who the moderators are, so they can make as many false claims about "sacking" as they want.

I wouldn't be surprised if the original culprit was Nemesis him/herself.

a token sack just like John D. Lee was a scape goat. actually a lot of people should have been shot like Lee and a lot of mods should be sacked and banned.
