Nightlion,

I’ve walked by faith my whole life but have found it is limited in scope and power. I’m far from perfection and don’t expect to walk on water while in mortality. I can assure you that I am awake and have some degree of awareness, although it’s not enough to satisfy you – that makes little difference to me.

I don’t think you understand my relationship with God. In fact, I know you don’t. And that’s OK with me too.

Too late. That section was written in 1839, 6 years after Joseph laid down the prophetic mantle.

This knowledge was to move them along unto perfect purity, a Zion. That never even got started. Why?

It never got started because Joseph chose Fanny, not Emma. God will not be mocked.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Over the years we have batted this about. LDS always jump to the nobody is perfect defense. The fact that your mind thinks this is somehow relevant proves that you have never made the connection that the gospel of Jesus Christ affords.

Can anyone LDS or LDS familiar see the (awe geeeze I do not want to use the word, but) dichotomy that runs through all scripture between those who get it and those who do not? In the Old Testament it was between the prophets and the children of Belial, those who knew the Lord and those who did not, the saints and the natural man.

The Book of Mormon made the judgment, when the leaders where true saints, between those who were truly visited of God and baptized in the name of Christ, even by fire and the Holy Ghost, and those who needed to work on their repentance and be coached for as long as it takes for them to finally repent and move from death to life. The names of those who did not get it right were not to be numbered in the church and they were not to partake of the sacrament so that they would not destroy the church. (Moroni 6, and 3 Nephi 18)

Today everything is done without this discrimination and therefore the church has been destroyed. It ceases to function because it cannot make this distinction anymore. They have lost the key of knowledge by failing to continue to achieve this standard.

Now they do not know that they do not know. But those intent upon empire building will continue to move forward that empire. The same old hypocrisy and worse today because it is near the end of time.

Zion cannot happen unless and until the people start to get it right.

Nightlion,

The “I’m not perfect” admission is not a defense but a confession. I fall short of the glory of God and rely wholly upon him to make me up. You feel I’ve not made the connection to the gospel of Jesus Christ. That’s your opinion or personal judgment but it means nothing to me. I think about Jesus daily and he is in my heart and mind always. How much do you know regarding my love for Christ? Do you know me? How do you know about my personal relationship that I have with Christ? If you want to judge me, go ahead. It matters not. My faith and love is in Jesus and I will die in those thoughts.

This earth life is but for a short time. I’ll check out when God calls and go on to my glory. That is my faith and belief. No one can take that from me. No one should want to. You should be wishing me best wishes in Christ, Jesus. You should be expressing love in everything you do and say. Anything short of love avails very little.

Why not respond to the dichomy issue I raised? I think it is more important than telling me to be more loving,

Send those checks to P.O. Box 694 Bountiful, Utah 84010 payable to Latter-day Zion. The bequest should equal or exceed the request.

So, the truth comes out. You're into this whole prophet thing in order to make money.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"
