Former LDS Bishop, Rcrocket also seems to be kind of interested in the subject of eunuchs.
According to Rcrocket and LDS Doctrine, Plural Marriage (Polygyny) is an Eternal Principal. And according to LDS Doctrine, there will be a lot more Women than Men within the Celestial. The Mormon god is going to do away with Arizona's Proposition 102, and get rid of Book of Mormon Jacob Chapter Two, within the Celestial Kingdom. The few righteous Men who make it within the Celestial Kingdom, will have to practice Polygyny. (1)

Since according to LDS Doctrine, that there will be a lot more Women than Men within the Celestial Kingdom, it is logical to conclude that there will be a lot more Men than Women, within the Terrestrial Kingdom, and the Telestial Kingdom. Remember that there are about 100 Females born for every 105 Males The Mormon god will be very busy with the scissors when he sends all of these Men into the Terrestrial and Telestial Kingdoms.

And as Pokatator stated about the Mormon god:

It looks like he has his calling and erection made sure!

Can this be deemed as self serving hyperbole today or is it a belief oddity that is still endorsed by the Church?

If there will be some physiological alteration in these lower kingdoms, Can Manti Bishop Snow's action in having his young rival castrated, so Bishop Snow could polygamate the desired young women without opposition, be seen as a premature head start on this policy? Did Brigham Young understand it as such, so as to say, he needed men like Bishop Snow in the Church?

Regardless of some leaders believing this, is it really Church doctrine?

To quote a scene from Blackadder with two women discussing eunuchs:

Queen: I wish I'd married one.

"Non specific nub"

Why even a nub? Just to taunt you into remember that you used to have a unit there? If we go into this level of doctrinal speculation, don't you have to then look at every apendage and biological function that has use here in the mortal world but would be obsolete in the CK? What about all the organs inside that are dedicated to processing food and waste and filtering toxins? Don't need those anymore. So what goes in place of my liver and kindeys? Nothing? Jello? Or are they perfected livers and kidneys that get to live forever and not actually process anything. I guess that might be heaven for a liver or kidney. This is getting fun and absurd. But really, the nub thing just freaks me out. I might even step up my activity because I really am attached to my equipment.

Thanks at least for the nonattributing quote. Just proves my main point. You can expect in a couple of years some fella will tell us about Mount Olympus like it was brand new news.

Anyways. Yeah, I think preaching the facts of the resurrection that accomplishes the management of the entire herd into breeders and nonbreeders might motivate some active faith to secure your rig.

I understand that you get to eat and drink and so you might need to wiz. I predict a joke that I will not tell.

Hi Moksha,

I am not quite sure if that is self serving hyperbole today, or is it a belief oddity that is still endorsed by the LDS Church today. However, Former LDS Bishop, Rcrocket very much sure seems to think and believe that this belief oddity is still endorsed by the LDS Church today.

Here is what Former LDS Bishop, Rcrocket stated a while ago, on this Message Board:

Plural marriage is an eternal principle. It is founded on the notion that there will be far fewer men who will accept the atoning sacrifice than women. It has to do, somehow, with the struggle in the Garden of Eden, the choice Eve made, and the promise that she would be saved in childbearing. I don't get it all, but the fact that women are more spiritual and willing to accept the spirit is a fact.

(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.
