Real flowers.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Ensure that each person drinks at least one full glass (preferably red wine).

Don't let anyone take more than 3 glasses.

Make damn sure that first-timers get at least two glasses, particularly young adults who have an idealistic view of religion.

Wow, have you tried merlot wine? I tried some a few years ago, out of curiosity, and holy cow that stuff was strong. It burned by mouth and I had to spit it out. I couldn't imagine why anyone would ever enjoy such a thing. But, I suppose it is an acquired taste.

How come this reminds me of Bill Clinton. . . I didn't inhale. . .

Anyway, of course it burnt your mouth, you are a Mormon! That's is how the Spirit of the Lord lets you know something in that there consumable item is of Satan. Hopefully, you prayed first though, and asked the Lord to help it nourish and strengthen. . . *which isn't necessary for alcohol. . . for it does!* It doesn't burn for us sinners and exmos because we aren't attuned to the spirit of GOD almighty!

Usually I don't laugh very hard during that show but this particular night I laughed my ass off. I was laughing so hard my eyes started watering and my stomach hurt.

Now do you see why I think wine is an important part of the temple experience? It will make the boring ritual come alive!

Yeah, I think "The Office" was one that was intended for a drunken or high audience. "Modern Family" is the greatest though! Wednesdays nights 9/8c on ABC. THE.GREAT.EST.EVA!

Re,

I'll have to take a gander at modern family.

Simon,

I find it interesting that you dared to try wine. Did you intend to swallow from the very beginning or were you planning to spit it out as a way to show everyone that wine is sick and only people who are used to the filth (evil people) can take it? Would you spit out a tomato in public if you found you didn't like that?

Tonight, my dad told me a story about a Kennedy who got drunk and dove off a bridge, killing his girlfriend. I've never heard that before. I think Mr. Kennedy should have spit out the wine.
Oh for shame, how the mortals put the blame on us gods, for they say evils come from us, but it is they, rather, who by their own recklessness win sorrow beyond what is given... Zeus (1178 BC)

I thought you Mormons believed a burning sensation was god's spirit confirming the truth of what you were asking or doing? Maybe it was JSJr's spirit telling you need to drink merlot on an empty stomach so you can see jehovah wisk by in the Kirtland Temple. In fact, I'm sure that's what it means.

by the way, Simon, some people can't imagine you enjoying anything other the your OCD fettish for and hounding of Dr Scratch.
