He simply doesn't want to. Nehor has knowledge and the capability of generating substance, but for him it's much more enjoyable to poke fun at critics or simply to stir the pot. I actually enjoy his sense of humor, although I think it's generally not appreciated by others unless his quips agree with your position--such as in a Nehor vs Droopy political deathmatch.
If we were talking about knowledge then I think DCP, David, and Will are winners with LOAP and Nehor who are younger following after. If we're talking about how much substance one chooses to contribute, then David is the clear winner. I think DCP would win if he weren't so frequently distracted by critics, but even so he does have his sense of humor so may not always be serious--not that humorous posts necessarily lack substance.
If I win, it's a sad, sad day. I don't have the knowledge of any of the people I listed. At best I have some critical thinking skills, but to really be good you need both as well as discipline. David is therefore the clear winner having great knowledge, excellent thinking skills, and incredible self-discipline. Is DCP lacking is self-discipline? I don't think that's necessarily so. I believe many of us would react far worse than DCP after being the main target of critics, especially if that critic were Scratch who digs up any piece of dirt he can find for years without end.
