I have banned Joseph from the Ex-Mormon Forums (EMF). I have also banned his ISP and his IP range for now. I have completely disabled the IMG tag permanently, which is very unfortunate. Myself and my Moderators are now in discussion about what constitutes "Fair Use" in quoting material from sources outside the EMF and it will require more work on their part to edit posts from users to cut down on any quoting that falls outside "Fair Use". We also discussing the possibility of disabling user avatars as well, as most all of those images are copyrighted.
Like I said, it is unfortunate, but due to people like Joseph, we are now in a new era of board warfare.
It really ticks me off what Joseph is doing. But he has set precedence. And while he may stop it, go away, whatnot - critics of the critics and the apologists have a new weapon in their arsenal.
