Yep, you can own the copyright even after publication but you have shot yourself in the foot by failing to register within 90 days of publication and as such won't even be entitled to attorney fees if you are silly enough to try and pursue the matter.
Do some checking and figure out reality with copyright, it may well help you in the future.
And keep up the porn writing and maybe l-dsinc will use you as another 'reformed-porno-addicted-freak' on their speaking tours. That type of person is popular in the wards and stakes these days. The more depraved, the better as you can tell better stories about redemption if you were a real gutter rat...
Are you an Attorney who deals in copyright laws? If so, what yous your BAR Number, Business Address, etc. Because it sounds like you are claiming to offer Legal Advice and counsel here. If you are not, then it is your own opinion and interpretation.
Let me make this very clear to you Joseph:
I CONSULTED WITH MY ATTORNEY WHO IS WELL VERSE IN COPYRIGHT LAWS AND DMCA TAKE DOWNS. I followed his counsel. If you can't accept that explanation and keep claiming that I filed it falsely, then that is your issue and your problem not mine.
I have explained it to you in plain english. but since you are slow to understand, the me spell it out for you.
The photo was taken by my brother in law who is a professional photo journalist (had a photo published in Sports Illustrated, and works as a photographer for a minor league baseball team and various college sports teams). He also takes wedding photo's and family photos. I have permission to use the photo for Author Bio and Press releases and that is what the photo is exclusively used for. Therefore it is covered under copyright laws and is protected.
End of discussion my friend.
