Curious, what gave you the "right" to live and work in America?
Citizenship.
Why don't others share this "right"?
With a naturalization process, they can share it.
Do you believe people should be free?
Yes.
Do you believe free people should be allowed to move?
Yes.
Do you believe that the government is
efficient?
Subjective, but generally no.
Do you wish to shrink or grow the size of government?
Nuanced. Shrink overall. Some areas can grow.
Do you think expanding or supporting ICE is limiting the power of the government?
I'm generally in favor of more enforcement of the law. It's the law itself which gives a legal government power. Some laws should be repealed, others should be made.
Do you believe in the free market? Do you believe in market competition?
Yep.
Do you believe it is the place of government to subsidize or regulate in favor of one company or group of people when it comes to business?
Within a country, generally no.
Why shouldn't free people be allowed to move freely to compete openly and freely in the free market?
Enforcement of immigration law and border control is a minimal barrier to entry in the overall economy. Those who are here illegally could just as easily be here legally.
I think you've made the mistake in assuming I am against immigration or the immigration of certain nationalities. I am neither. I might be against the immigration to the US of certain religions or political philosophies, but that could be hard to screen.
