So, based on this comment as well as others about posts on DNA evidence, I take it that you see simple statements of verifiable fact as arrogant.

In and of itself, does this not indicate a basic internal problem with your worldview?

So, on the way home from work I stopped at Wal Mart and they were out of my hair color. I managed to pick up a 2 dollar can of some sort of "food" (note the quotes), drove through the car wash (the car was so dirty even the premium wash didn't cut it) for 8 freaking dollars, and as I was getting closer to home, I heard on the radio that Whitney Houston's body is being flown back to Newark for burial and I think to myself, "Well done, Houston family, well done. Bring her home to Jersey" and I think well at least I heard something positive today, because work was like you know, really crappy, and so I get in the house, open my can of "food", zap it in the microwave, throw it into a bowl, put the computer right on the kitchen table (where I am typing right now with a pug circling around like a shark who senses blood in the water because the "food"I got is probably just one step up from her dog food) and sit down at the computer to check email and then I think, oh, let's check in to MDB and see what's goin' on there and then....


I am faced with all this rampant BS, hostility and hypocrisy.

What the hell, people? Just what the hell?

I work my azz off all day long, I'm reduced to eating something that is one step up from freaking dog food and THIS is what I come home to?

Double pneumonia here, and drowning with a sinus infection on top of that. Feed by 3 months of the worse work stress in my career. I'm ready to check out.
My wife let me know today it's because I left the church. I deserved it however, I was being very pissy with her.

Hey, no checking out! Pneumonia is serious sh*t (even viral). Take care of yourself (antibiotics?). I'm taking it as a good sign that you have the energy to post here.

Lots of people "check out" even if they stay true to the Church. Don't be too pissy with your wife if she is the one that you need to nurse you back to health.
