Ha. Ha.

Why am I not surprised, at all?

Nice work, and someone should get this to Helen Radkey, pronto!

It seems the main protection is step #9, when you have to click an extra time to get around the failsafe and then winking at the notion you have the families' permission.

Has MDD issued an official statement saying that this never occurred and that due to this non-occurrance you are excommunicated from that board?

Yahoo Bot wrote:Of course, the agreement pertained only to Holocaust victims. By definition then submitting a survivor's name would have been snared by the 95 year rule unless Mr Ldst falsely claimed the survivor was dead or an ancestor. Even then Radkey wouldn't have been interested. So, it wasn't a very courageous cowardly move.

No, it wasn't a very courageous cowardly move. A courageous cowardly move is something like the One True Church making substantive doctrinal pronouncements through anonymous press releases.

Is it possible that something is flagged behind the scenes?

Of course it is possible.

But:

(a) Do you have any reason to think that it is probable?

(b) If the CoJCoLDS is serious about carrying its promises into effect, why in any case would it have a "behind the scenes" alert that detects Holocaust victim names, instead of (say) a pop-up warning option saying

"You appear to be attempting to enter the name of a Jewish victim of the Holocaust. In line with church policy on this matter, such names cannot be accepted by online submission. For further information, or if you wish to claim the right to submit this name because you are a direct descendant, please email <address>."

Doesn't matter. If I had done made the submission at say, 9:30AM on Tuesday morning, instead of 8PM on Tuesday evening, I could have driven to the temple that afternoon and performed the ordinance because the individual was ready, according to FamilySearch.

LDS needs to have an interview with the bishop to start the repentance process.

1. Step 1: feel godly sorrow for the mistake you made
2. Step 2: be honest and confess to doing wrong
3. Step 3: ask for forgiveness
4. Step 4: rectify the problems caused by your mistake
5. Step 5: forsake the sin
6. Step 6: recieve forgiveness
Oh for shame, how the mortals put the blame on us gods, for they say evils come from us, but it is they, rather, who by their own recklessness win sorrow beyond what is given... Zeus (1178 BC)
