Only if he did more than just raise his arm. Did he make a scene? Become loud, aggressive? Wave a hidden sign he had? Use obscene hand gestures? Then yes, I can see CS asking escorting him out.

Interesting read, however I noted on mistake for sure:

Oct 6,1946 - public release of Joseph Fielding Smith (b. 1899) as Patriarch to Church due to "ill health" but actually due to discovery of his recent homosexual activity.

This Church Patriarch was Hyrum Smith and not JFS.

Don't know how obvious he made his dissenting vote, but given the account of how soft the interrogation was, it seems believable. There were no threats of arrest, charges of trespassing, etc. He basically relates pretty much how some of the adult Mormons treated me when I was growing up if they thought I was acting 'out of line'. If he was fabricating or embellishing, why not make the CS guys out to be using Gestapo-like tactics?
